1 /5 Trudy Jeter: Let my stepson clean out my account using poa for my ex which we have joint account ex in jail with restraining order and anybody affiliated with him cant move money or sell property until divorce is over and split in half. They both have restraining orders where they cant mess everything up and look now overdrawn, credit ruined and managers fault from Gonzales louisiana branch would not listen to me. They didnt even call me to tell me they put stepson on my joint account now everything is bouncing important things. Hes tried 3 times before over pastv5 years and finally a dumb person let him in . She needs fired.

2 /5 Destiny Johnson: Nice customer service. Horrible atm . ATM is always broken. Numerous days at a time ! This is such an inconvenience. Due to these circumstances I am no longer banking with Hancock Whitney . This specific location changes very frequently which makes it very difficult for locals.
