5 /5 Laraissa Portie: My favorite bank, Ive been banking here for several years now and they have been great for me as well as all my banking needs. Its very close to home but when I travel and use other ATM machines to withdraw cash theyre always paying me back those fees charged.

1 /5 Weldon Ty “Goonie”: I am constantly getting locked out of the mobile app and now I am locked out of using my debit card because the mobile app wont let me unlock it. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. This is the fifth time I have not been able to access the money in my account for almost an entire 24 hours because of their fault. And whenever I have late fees for not paying bills on time theyre not going to do a single thing about it. Dont choose this bank it sucks

1 /5 Ty A. Weldon: Multiple times I have been locked out of access to my money mainly due to mobile banking issues because their app is the worst app ever. They just released a new one and it is the same problems as the old one but worse. And the customer service tells you that theyre unable to help you because they dont have access to the app like really. Do not choose this bank.

2 /5 B. A. Reichard: The former MidSouth Bank tellers that stayed after the merger, Jordan and Ms. Ramona, are the only reason I have stayed with Hancock Whitney. The merger was a nightmare to many of the MidSouth Bank customers. They did not seem adequately prepared for the merger/changeover. Way too many things went wrong in my opinion. Hopefully they will figure things out...
