5 /5 Jeff Miller: Contacted Amanda Hotard, at Glen Liuzza Allstate office for a quote. I was contacted the next day by phone but I was busy at work. She emailed the quote and then reached out to me after 5 pm by phone. Of course, the quote was accepted. I also spoke to Kristy Strauss about different options and another couple of policies and she stayed on the phone with me after 5 pm and successfully and patiently helped me with my questions and requests.
