Sara Stover Tara & Jeffrey have always helped us out with everything we needed. There have been times that we really needed to get COI for new brokers, or adding new drivers to our policy, etc & it was getting close to closing time & Tara would do whatever she could to get it taken care of before she left for the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Bayou insurance is the way to go for insurance for trucking companys.

Dustin New Catherine was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire Medicare process. She took time to understand my needs and financial situation and found me the best coverage and rate. She also helped me apply for a program thru Social Security that would save me money on my prescriptions.

Robert Porter Ben @ Coverall was great. Our insurance has been going up every year for the past several years. It was set to go up again another $3K a year. When we bought in 2019 it was no where near that in total. Ben got us insurance at basically the same rate as 2023. And did so in a timely manner. I had reached out to the old agent when I saw the renewal notice, and got a told theyll get to it... Well it takes time to get things setup, waiting wasnt an option. Called Ben and it was taken care of quickly and easily. Thank you!
