After my mother passed away and we had to pay For unexpected funeral expenses, I realized how important it is to have something set in place. Mr.Baylee help me understand everything that goes into this process. He probably stayed on the phone with me for an hour time after time answering every stupid question that I have to make sure that I was sure and comfortable with the whole process. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I recommend them to everyone And will continue to do so. Cheryl Thomas They were okay when it was Iberiabank. But since they switched over its worse. Ive been with them for over 20 years now. It takes more than a day for a check to clear when it use to clear the same day at the ATM. When I make a deposit at the ATM only part of it shows online. For example I depositEd a small check for $260 when I checked my account it only showed I deposited a $100. It takes longer for bills to get paid now with online bill pay. The drive thru is always slow. I could say more but Ill leave it at that.
