1 /5 Andre Jones: "You should never judge a book by its cover." Weve all heard this expression before havent we? I guess the only male employed under this address did not. This guy did not handle me with respect or any sort of professionalism. He treated me as if I was beneath him. Before we parted ways, he stated "Im dealing with a customer (another customer who walked in after I did). I dont have time to handle this right now (me needing a co-signer with my loan request)." He excused me before I could even tell him that one of my parents were going to co-sign this loan. He assumed I did not have a co-signer and basically rushed me out of the door. This guy couldnt even shake my hand before we parted ways. As MEN do in any business environment. I guess this twenty year old African American male wasnt worth the bother to be shown respect today in this "business environment". I was ready to do business today, but I was rushed out, and left feeling disrespected. I never wrote a review before, but I felt that this was needed. Personal issues, or stereotypes targeted upon the backs of certain individuals should be left outside of the inner walls of business offices. But, these are the judgmental ones who are placed in these positions of power. I guess some things will never change in this society. I had to let this be known.

1 /5 Lunar 4G: Please, find another lender, or wait until youre able to buy whatever it is in cash. I did business with Mark, and he tried to lie to me about what the lowest monthly payment would be on a vehicle loan. I asked multiple times after doing the math myself, why the payment was so high even with the higher than desired interest rate. So I was impatient and dumb enough to go to his office and entertain the loan because I wanted to buy the vehicle. Once I got there and he started getting the paperwork ready for signing, I had already brought his BEST HE COULD DO payment down $50/month over the phone, but now I realized that it was because he tried to force every kind of extra coverage on top of the loan without telling me. Thankfully Ive done many loans and knew what to look and listen for, and I made him remove this crap, which very clearly aggravated him. My payment was nearly half of what he quoted me then. Very unprofessional, very scummy, and I BEG you not to do business with these people.
