1 /5 Connie: What has to the privacy act. It’s clear this bank doesn’t respect it. . My husband who is not linked to a few of my accounts was given a print out of all of my banking information and his no is not linked to the accounts. After speaking with management their only option is to send the employee for more training which he should had had from the start. He has been better than 10 years and knew it was a violation because he told my husband please don’t tell her I gave you this information because I could be sued. Does this sound like someone who needs more training?
1 /5 John Tyree: Very unprofessional bank! I recently received a snarky letter from this bank regarding taxes on a property which had a former loan that had been paid off for almost 6 months. When I called to try and clarify the situation I was astounded at how rude the loan manager treated me after informing her that the loan had been paid for months she said disregard it and hung up. In my opinion there are plenty other banks to do business with, you might even get treated with some decency elsewhere.
Michele Vascoe There is no comparison when dealing with a Community Bank and a big bank. Everyone here is so friendly, kind and easy to work with, Ill never open an account at a big bank again. COMMUNITY BANKS are the best and this one surpasses them all.
Amber Adams I got a $1,439 loan in August missed 2 payments around Christmas they sent my loan to law firm now my loan tripled to $3.144 Court cost $657 and attorney fees $485. Interest is .97 cents a day until the loan is paid. Don’t do business with this company they are corrupt.

Updates 4/22/25 I absolutely love Tosha she is an absolute joy to talk too she has such an awesome personality and charisma about her even her voice mails are fun! She is one person I don’t mind calling my phone it doesn’t feel like business but more like friends and family having a good time. If only more people could be so bubbly and happy!
Froelker Jeffrey Matt Stevens from this office never returned an email on a claim we had with his client. I had to reach out to the Travelers Insurance corporate office directly. If youre looking for insurance that is going to protect you, this company isnt the one.
