1 /5 Keith M: First Horizon Bank is hands-down the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Their idea of “customer service” is putting you on hold until your will to live fades, then transferring you to someone who knows even less.
Need help? Good luck. They won’t call back, won’t reply to secure messages, and half the time you’re told “someone else handles that.” Who? The ghost of banking competence?
It’s like they went out of their way to make banking feel like a punishment. If you enjoy frustration, delays, and being treated like a nuisance for asking where your own money is—this is the bank for you.
I regret every minute I’ve spent trying to get anything resolved here. Save yourself the agony and choose a bank that at least pretends to care.
