2 /5 Cheryl Thomas: They were okay when it was Iberiabank. But since they switched over its worse. Ive been with them for over 20 years now. It takes more than a day for a check to clear when it use to clear the same day at the ATM. When I make a deposit at the ATM only part of it shows online. For example I depositEd a small check for $260 when I checked my account it only showed I deposited a $100. It takes longer for bills to get paid now with online bill pay. The drive thru is always slow. I could say more but Ill leave it at that.

1 /5 Keith M: First Horizon Bank is hands-down the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Their idea of “customer service” is putting you on hold until your will to live fades, then transferring you to someone who knows even less. Need help? Good luck. They won’t call back, won’t reply to secure messages, and half the time you’re told “someone else handles that.” Who? The ghost of banking competence? It’s like they went out of their way to make banking feel like a punishment. If you enjoy frustration, delays, and being treated like a nuisance for asking where your own money is—this is the bank for you. I regret every minute I’ve spent trying to get anything resolved here. Save yourself the agony and choose a bank that at least pretends to care.

Go through drive thru daily to make work deposits and this one particular worker Jamie is horrible she doesn’t even bother to come on the intercom and say hello, how may I help you today, or have a good day. She says nothing at all just sends your stuff and sends you on your way. I wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever!

1 /5 Brycelyn Breaux: Was great before merger and changed to first harizon. Absolute garbabe customer service and will not help you with anything. Will blame you for everything and offers no concessions. Banked for years. Switching to meritus. Save your time and sanity and dont bank here.
