Clay promptly refunded us the amount of our homeowners that we were charged without the discount (for having a monitored alarm) for the months that weve had the service! They went above and beyond to save us money!

Beachuntha Floyd I hate the day I joined this insurance company. I live in the Hammond area. I called in my payments trying to be nice because I know they are shorthanded. However, you can never get in touch with them because they dont answer the phone. The only call you before the next month to close their books out. Im about to find me a new insurance company to join.
