5 /5 Felisha Mack: Theres always a friendly voice to answer when you call. We make frequent changes to our policy. It seems to be a new car at least once a year. Our agent always responds and gets the best rate for us. We also have home coverage with this office as well.

1 /5 A. Howell: I’ve been an Allstate customer for 36 years mainly with my old agent. The last few years with this agent has been one thing after another. Their rates have been going up ridiculously. Now my homeowners between last year and this year is jumping up over 38%. My last claim was 10 years ago. The rate increase has been between 8%-10% from year to year until this year.

1 /5 Judd Patten: Their Glass program is abysmal. They transfer you to safelite and then never verify your claim. Then you have to call them back several times. Otherwise, Safelite wants to charge you the full amount. They claim Allstate has not or will not verify your coverage. This very aggravating!! You would think Allstate would have a better way to handle this!!!
