1 /5 J Winger: Over the course of three months, I’ve had five different challenges with this agency. Every month, or every mailing, came with communication errors and billing errors, sometimes being billed more than double the cost, sometimes being billed twice for a single policy, sometimes deductions removed without explanation. Excuses varied each time and when the next month rolled around the charges were again wrong.
I don’t have complex policies, and I have more than two decades as a State Farm policy holder, so I know it shouldn’t be this hard to get quality service. This just isn’t the agency where you can get that. Pick a different agent - this one is a hot mess.
