Christina DAngelo Called several times and only get a answer machine so came to the office an says they are open from 9-5 an it’s 1:30 nobody is in the building or still answering phone so idk if they are even operating cause nobody is there and there is no sign saying anything about lunch or we are closed or we will be back no information no nothing just wondering what is up with the place ?

Cheryl Thomas They were okay when it was Iberiabank. But since they switched over its worse. Ive been with them for over 20 years now. It takes more than a day for a check to clear when it use to clear the same day at the ATM. When I make a deposit at the ATM only part of it shows online. For example I depositEd a small check for $260 when I checked my account it only showed I deposited a $100. It takes longer for bills to get paid now with online bill pay. The drive thru is always slow. I could say more but Ill leave it at that.
Brian Fuselier The best bank i ever had. Never had any problem or gets punished for having minimum balance, and i get cash back rewards and get my atm fees back. The benefits are absolutely stunning. I dont know any other banks that offers stuff like this. I reccommend signing up under this
