Martin Spellman Jennifer Cook was *always* there to help us, answer questions, etc. She returned calls, texts or emails very quickly, usually within an hour, during the day, at night, on weekends and even when she was sick! Filling out the forms and other paperwork was almost all done electronically via email or website, so we could do it when convenient after work or weekends. Jennifer wasnt afraid to give her honest opinions. I couldnt ask for a better home mortgage loan experience. Very highly recommended.

Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!! Y’all stay clear of this place!

CEDAR HILL MX / Steve Hall Im a 56 year old that has returned to College once again. The last time was 1986 - 1991 . I can honestly say that school has changed a bunch. I truly believe if it wasnt for the help I received from the admissions department with this school it wouldnt have happened. The truly amazing, wonderful and helpful people who work at this school went above and beyond to help me with every step of admissions and enrollment of classes was awesome. I seriously couldnt have done it without them. The teachers at least in all of my classes have been great also. I can say that the 3 semesters that I have had have been a great experience. Although no matter how great the school is still doesnt change the fact that everyday in class I get reminded just how dumb I have become through all my years . But the fact that everyday I leave every class each day a little smarter is a true testament of how good the teachers are. Highly recommend this school .

V C Tower Credit has been amazing. Any time I needed extra time to pay they have shown me so much grace. Jenny explains everything and makes sure there are no questions. Cory is funny and friendly. Bethany was so patient helping me with my papers. Tower staff is just the best!
