In Sept 2020, Judge Dismissed it. Aug 2023, I was arrested & jailed for the SAME Crim Tresp case. Bretts first cousins claimed the SAME ROW as their own, after spraying Pesticide 20 ft onto my pasture & sheep. My name in paper, cuffed & shackled, bond posted, Sept 2024, Judge Dismissed the Same case Again! "Due Process?"
