1 /5 Sade Whitmore: This has been such an overwhelming experience. My mother went through this law firm for bankruptcy. I believe they are taking advantage of her because she is elderly and unable to drive there to speak to someone in person. She paid every month for the past five years only to be sent a letter from the trustee earlier this month that she needed to start repaying her mortgage starting next month with no explanation. The mortgage was drafted into a bankruptcy plan. We have been calling and texting the number they told us we needed to use to speak to one of the attorneys. No one has returned her calls. We texted the number and were sent a response stating someone would be contacting us. No one has contacted us. This is unacceptable. This has happened before where they sent out a letter increasing her payment without adequate information. I had to take off work and take a flight to Louisiana just to speak to one of the attorneys in person. E. Orum & Young firm was recommended to her.
