V C Tower Credit has been amazing. Any time I needed extra time to pay they have shown me so much grace. Jenny explains everything and makes sure there are no questions. Cory is funny and friendly. Bethany was so patient helping me with my papers. Tower staff is just the best!

Scott Prazak The good: you eventually get through to helpful assistance from someone who is very knowledgeable about the website and the system. The bad: this has been the most infuriating experience with a bank that i have ever had. Two months, and I still cant make a payment on my loan. They recently updated the website, so you can no longer make loan payments while logged in. If you try, they return the payment. You have to log out, go to the QUICK PAY link, and pay from there. They added a $3 fee for bill pay, or $2 for paper statements. The only way to pay is to write a paper check and walk into a branch. I have not tested this yet... There is a $10 fee every time I need to withdraw money from my loan. There is a $10 fee for electronic transfers. The bank recently removed tellers. There are ATMs with video calls to someone somewhere. I was directed to use the virtual teller ATM, but then the virtual teller directed me back to the employee who directed me to the interface in the first place. TL;DR I would not recommend this bank at all for anything. Ive been with another bank for my main checking for years and have had almost zero issues with them.

Roland Caryn I have been using Toni Ladnier CPA for almost 12 years now. We started off using her for our business, now she does our business and personal monthly books + our familys taxes. I cant imagine using anyone else. We used a big, corporate company in the very beginning, but it was too hard to communicate and get information, so we switched to Toni. Toni and her staff are so wonderful. They are professional, friendly, helpful, eager and always so quick to reply. I realize we are one of many clients Toni and her team service (and we are a small business), but they always make me feel like Im their favorite and most important client. During the years, Toni has advised us personally and professionally in ways which have saved us thousands of dollars. Our PPP paperwork was one of the first to be submitted because Toni and her staff worked all weekend to prepare documents for the ever-changing requirements. I just cant say enough good about Toni and her business. I trust them wholeheartedly and am so appreciative of the outstanding job they do every day!
