Being a first time home buyer, my nerves were completely on edge especially after hearing so many horror stories. When I tell you this was the smoothest process EVER.......Bethany and her team were Amazing!!! I would like to personally thank Bethany; she is an amazing asset to the DSLD company. She is knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, and definitely friendly. She made me feel there I could ask her anything without feeling belittled. I would recommend her to the most elite professional looking to buy a home and could guarantee she would execute the mission effortlessly . I talk about how smooth my 1st time home buying experience was to all my friends which leaves them speechless to know I didnt experience any major hiccups. From Anna and Ellie in the model home to Tiffany from the loan office the made it all too easy for me as someone who was completely inexperienced with this. They communicated every step of the build process and were super patient and helpful in explaining required documents needed for loan. All in all a fantastic experience and I’m happy to have chose to build with them
