Carrie Richard I have been with St Landry Bank for 50 years. For the first time, I was asked for my ID, questioned and about my occupation. Good job SLB South for making sure my security was protected. So many scams today. The last thing I need is to scammed out of my hard earned $$$

Lisa Brazzel We have banked with Centric Credit union since July 2023 when we relocated from Florida. We worked with Priscilla on a mortgage loan. She was and still is just incredible. She was always availabe for us. If she was at lunch or away from her desk , which seemed to be rare she always got right back with us. Always pleasent and the sweetest person we have ever banked with. We had been ( and still have 1 small account) members of a credit union in Florida for over 34 years but we fell in love with Priscilla and her team and therefore moved all our direct deposits and business to Centeic. We feel very blessed to have found them.

Victoria Tedeton Spoke to ‘Ronnie Johnson’ today. She was rude and disrespectful from the start. Not only that but she called me at 6:30pm. That’s 1.5 hours after they close for the day. When I asked to speak to someone higher than her she said “Dear Lord please help Victoria.” EXCUSE ME? Whoever runs this company should be ASHAMED of the way she speaks to people. If I could leave negative stats, I would.

They did everything they could to help me get approved for the vehicle I wanted. As an example, I called them constantly over the course of a month and they were always so patient with me. It was like calling a friend. I hope this reaches the right person because they deserve a lot of kudos. The answer is quite simple and it all starts with their philosophy and culture.
