Mary M. I had an old medical bill that I was not aware of (due to moving several times in 3 years). When it appeared on my credit report, I called Transfinancial in Baton Rouge. I spoke with Sara, she was kind and respectful with me in the phone. She gave me the details of the bill that was placed for collection. I was able to pay the bill over the phone, she promised I would have 2 letters emailed to me within 2 days showing that the collection was paid and a letter showing it would be deleted from my credit report. She told me it would take 30-45 days to come off my report. She made good on her promises....I had the emailed letters in 2 days and in only 2 weeks this collection was removed from my credit report. I could not be happier!

Devon The employee Jamie is very unprofessional! She pops up to my house at 8 pm asking for a payment. Then gave her $40 once she followed me to my mailbox. I asked for a receipt for the $40 towards my payment she said that was just to renew the loan. However i never received any more money afterwards. Then once i told her i will make a second payment once i have the money she threat to take me to the D.A office.

William Dekemel I have been working with Jerrold for years and he is awesome. He takes his time with his clients and listens to their needs and comes up with an investment plan catered to his clients. Also, his secretary, Michelle, is thorough with all information and she is super nice as well. Give these guys a try if you are looking for a financial advisor. You won’t be sorry.

Lily Esther I highly recommend Regional Finance. Although I havent visited the physical location, their service has been exceptional. My family and I were facing financial hardships recently, and this business was willing to work with us when other creditors wouldnt. Regional Finance sent us all a check that we could cash right away. This made it possible for us to pay our bills and greatly reduced our financial stress. We are so thankful that they gave us the chance and trusted us. Their help has made a big difference for the better. There are family members who live in this area, and I travel here a lot throughout the year, so I will definitely stop by to say hello.
