Neither my wife nor myself are well-versed in legal verbiage - its all very confusing (intentionally so). We spent about an hour with Mr. Landry combing through the contract and Mr. Landry pointed out several discrepancies and gave us several opinions that we took back to the table during negotiations and had her contract amended.
