5 /5 DL Yepez: Great location with plenty if parking. Organized and clean establishment. The customer service is top notch. Great pricing with so many unique items.

1 /5 Blaubak Pusheject: $1000 loss. If they screwed me (a paying customer). Purchased a guitar on reverb.com for $1000. Upon purchase CCs made me ask and hunt high and low for tracking info (why they couldnt just send me the link or number is beyond me). This should have warned me of what was to come. Item then arrived a week late (no assistance in tracking down, no apology) Item arrived damaged. (no response from CCs). Requested refund. (Denied with no response from CC) My total loss: 1: $1000 of my cash. 2: 3 hours driving to UPS and back because they cant copy an address correctly. 2: 15 emails requesting their assistance in tracking down and later figuring out a solution for a damaged (improperly packed and shipped item). What I did wrong: Trusting CCs to protect what I paid them to ship me and treat me fairly and respectfully as a customer or even a human being. What you can expect doing any business with these guys: Risk of substantial financial loss. What I would suggest. Going down the street to another pawn shop.
