1 /5 Lynnette Hebert: If I could give less stars I would. This casino is so racist. I lost my player card and have been asking for another one for over a month. The first reply was it will cost me $5 for another one. I said, fine.. Then was told the person that could make the card was counting money and couldnt make me one. I have gone in on several more occasions this month and last when someone was there that could have made me a card but was given the same excuse each time. I bet if I were black, I would have gotten a card the first time I asked and for free! The reason I say this is because I have been there on several occasions when the worker would come and ask every black person sitting by me if they wanted something to drink but never asked me, so I go to the counter and order one and I am told they will bring it out to me. Half hour goes by, still no drink. I ask again and worker says oh I forgot. Ill bring it to you. Still no drink another half hour later so I go back to counter and she says I will bring it out to you, to which I replied, no you wont, Ill wait here for it.. FINALLY got my drink but I was out of money by then so i put the drink by the machine and left.. horrible place This only applies to the Breaux Bridge location. All the rest are super nice !!

5 /5 Baret Savoie: I am very impressed with this store. Driving up, the parking lot was clean. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by the friendly and helpful, Miss Aaya. She obviously takes pride in her work because the store looked like it was about to be in a photo shoot for Business Weekly! The store was immaculate and every product was fronted and properly stocked. The bathroom also was cleaner than most homes. Great store and Miss Aaya deserves to be recognized for her excellent work.

3 /5 Steven Thibodaux: Im not a slots guy; when my friends want to go I DD since I dont drink. Nothing against gambling at all...I play poker because a slot is by design going to win more than it will ever payout. There is no to out think or out play or attempt anything that could increase your chances of winning this is why its not a game because a game gives a set of instructions on what players are allowed to do in order to beat their opponent. Slots instructions: insert $1 $5 $10 or $20 bills here, select "game", select the amount you wish to give up per spin then push & pray. Just sharing my opinion to explain the rating but if its your thing its your right that said the staff is always courteous, quick to serve & keep the place clean. Good luck though.

4 /5 Jerit Bryant: Very nice people that work there and its a clean place and almost all machines work to, which is great. the ladys that work their are great and very nice to me and my wife when we go. They really make us feel welcomed. I love coming here. There is only one thing that really needs to be fixed to this place is that the machine that you scan your membership card really needs to be fixed because I Scan my membership card every time I go there me and my wife but it never calculates any of the point from when I Scan my card. Its been saying 750 points since Ive gotten the membership. I mean for real its been 2 and a half years now people. Can yall please fix that. Im sure there is a lot of people not just me and my wife that would really love for it to get fixed because its nice to earn points and little rewards. It makes us feel like we are not totally losing when we go here because we play and lose more then we play and win. So earning these little points makes it a little better to walk away. But that is not the case here. Its the other way around. I just wish someone there can just fix the membership machine. But other then that we absolutely love the place and definitely love the people that work there to.
