I was the aggrieved party, yet the at fault driver’s insurance, in my opinion, expected me to take on responsibilities that should have been theirs to ease my burdens. To make matters worse, after complying with all of their requests, the representative failed to review the documents (including bills) I had submitted. The initial settlement offer didn’t even cover my total out-of-pocket expenses for doctors visits and physical therapy. That’s when I decided to contact Capitelli & Wicker.
