1 /5 Amazien Sneaux: Ok on February 25th 2025 truck was paid out in full for $5,500. I called the number that I been using to make payments and it go to automatic machine saying this loan has been paid off and closed and title will be sent in 14 days to speak to someone please hold. I get a person on the phone and guess what they cant speak to me because Im not on the account after authorization given from husband for 6 years of me paying a note over the phone he said it was ok to speak with me to make payments and they never spoke with him for 6 years. A month passed by I called again for title and automatic machine says this loan has been paid and closed title was sent to address on file and hangs up making it impossible to talk to someone. Which it wasnt bc I have informed delivery. Now, I called again the next month and the next month same response and its almost July. I tried the number again no longer in service call a number it provided to get your title. I, then called the 3rd # and it said to called a 1800#. I then called that number. Its dealer.com to get your title. Spoke with them and they said we deal with dealerships cant help me. Now, the truck needs a renewal for registration. I called the DMV and they said you can get registration but it will still show Capital one as the owner until they give you something. Im one angry customer and would by another loan from capital one if my life depended on it. No integrity, No morals, Unprofessional at its finest and I would be giving a no star if I could.
