1 /5 Nicole Allen: The service is very horrible on the 3rd deck its suppose to be smoke free but people still be up there smoking security walks around like they dont see are smell it. The bartender girls on the 3rd deck dont even walk around to see if you need a drink they just want to stand behind the bar and talk with security and play on the phone its ridiculous thats every time you go on the 3rd deck.

5 /5 P Sullivan: The staff is always friendly and welcoming whether youre a first time guest or a repeat customer. They go above and beyond at the front desk to meet your request and desires. The rooms are always clean, the beds you can bounce a quarter, perfect corners and snow white bedding. The hostess are accommodating and their director Christiana is always ready with a smile. We have been staying here for years and always had a great time and stay. It is cute and charming and approving over the years. Let’s talk about safety—you do not have to worry.

4 /5 Aaron Matherne: Overall I was impressed by this particular casino. Location isnt great but solid casino. I heard so many negative things in the past about Boomtown but my experience was GREAT!!! I go at least three days a week.. The Penn Play rewards are the absolute best Ive experienced at any casino. Highly recommend!!! Only negative things I have is location and the machines are really close together.

1 /5 Elainder Craft: Boomtown Casino it’s ridiculous. You can be there hours in the machine does not pay off. It’s ridiculous. Not to mention the bartender don’t walk around. All they wanna do is Stand behind the bar talk and play on the phone You have to go to the bar yourself to get a drink the third floor is a non-smoking floor but people still be up there smoking security walk around they don’t see nothing. They don’t smell nothing and don’t say nothing to nobody.
