KR Wilson Neil needs 10 stars!!!! For the first time ever, I am speechless. I am 41, no established credit (no car loan, mortgage, credit cards). I would always be denied a credit card or loan. I tried everything and almost everyone. Within a few hours, Neil got me approved and had all my paperwork (which wasnt a lot on this end) handled. Very transparent!!!! I cant thank you enough!!!! McLaughlin Torie (The Purposeful Life) It is NOT very often I get to write a positive review about any facility or company I have had to deal with as it relates to getting help or helpful information concerning those responsible for assisting elders. So I jump at the opportunity to be able to tell others about any company created to assist elders in need when I can. Pennington is worthy of that sort of commendation. They are TRULY about helping people and NOT simply making money. We have had to pay thousands of dollars for simple information from just about everybody, but Pennington gives you real help, and charges you for doing real work to assist you. I pray Yah continues to richly bless their business and so very excited to be able to give them a positive review! Victoria Owens Always nice. Usually I go in to do my transactions but with covid have to use the drive threw. Would be a lot easier if the speakers werent constantly going in and out. Idk what the teller is saying half the time I just say okay and hope they do what I asked

Victoria Tedeton Spoke to ‘Ronnie Johnson’ today. She was rude and disrespectful from the start. Not only that but she called me at 6:30pm. That’s 1.5 hours after they close for the day. When I asked to speak to someone higher than her she said “Dear Lord please help Victoria.” EXCUSE ME? Whoever runs this company should be ASHAMED of the way she speaks to people. If I could leave negative stats, I would.
