5 /5 Helen Dalme: Love my BOM Bank on Keyser. Sarah is the absolute best at taking care of all my banking needs. She does a great job as a Manager, and her team of tellers is a reflection of that. All of the Keyser branch employees do an amazing job. You are more like a friend/family member than you are a customer.

5 /5 CJ B: Sarah Giannone and the staff at BOM Keyser branch, as well as the other branches, are wonderful. Im always greeted with a smile and leave with a have a good day. Theyre friendly, seem happy to see their customers and are very professional. Sarah, in particular, is exceptional, helpful, understanding and very personable. She listens to our needs and finds the best solution for her customers. She and the staff throughout BOM are the reason I became a BOM member, and the foremost reason Ill stay. Much appreciation to everyone.

The staff is always professional and courteous, but I want to give a special shoutout to Shannon Frame, the head teller. She is absolutely amazing, always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s a quick transaction or a more complicated request, Shannon handles everything with efficiency and a smile. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. BOM Bank is lucky to have her!
