Lynn H This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with an insurance agency. From the person who answered the phone to the person I got transferred to. They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them to complete my request. Great great GREAT job! I will absolutely recommend this insurance company to anyone looking. Keep up the phenomenal job!

Leah has been absolutely fantastic and has been more helpful than words can express. She handled absolutely anything and everything should could to make the switch as easy as it possibly could have been. Brian Comeaux I never had an insurance agent get back to me as quick as Mr. Langlois and staff. I have questions, I will get an answer. I dont have to have insurance policies on my cars with the company and agent and policy on my home with some little fly by night insurance company I never heard of. This was my experience with my prior insurance agent. You will not get treated like that with Mr. Langlois and staff. And am very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
