Banck, was very thorough throughout the whole step of the case process. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than him. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to injury law and will inform you of how this whole process will transpire. I am happy with the result and will definitely use him again if ever (I hope not) I get in an accident and get hurt again. I am very thankful.

5 /5 Luci B: I know a personal injury is NEVER something we anticipate or think about but I recently was in need of an attorney and thanks to a moms group on Facebook, I came across a referral for Christian Banck.. I can’t say enough about how much of a difference he made in my whole experience.. When I say he handled everything, I TRULY mean everything. From start to finish, he took the stress off my shoulders and made sure I was taken care of. It’s never something you want to think about, but if you ever find yourself in need of an accident attorney, just know that Christian is the guy. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Fiddler: Last summer I was hit by a car while riding my bike and Christian handled my case for me. I am in the medical field and dont have a lot of free time, however Christian was able to schedule all of my appointments at times that were convenient for me. My accident was in August and received a settlement the following January. Most important I feel great. The care I was able to get was prompt and amazing. Christian is a great lawyer, but most important, he is a great person. I would send my family to him without reservation.

5 /5 Kenneth Neal: Christian is honestly not your typical lawyer I can honestly say that he actually cares about the people he is helping. I hired him last year before Christmas told him what was going on and he didn’t sugar coat anything he was straight up from the start. He honestly told me he wasn’t sure if he could help but he would try and needless to say he came through. He isn’t like the other lawyers when it comes to calling him he doesn’t wait days or weeks to return calls he returns calls in a timely manner. And my favorite part about working with him is he doesn’t give you false hope or promises you that he going to get everything under the sun he keeps it blunt and straight to the point so you know exactly what you’re getting. He doesn’t have to sell you on false hope and dreams like these bigger law firms do he sell people with his actions and that’s hard to find with just normal work people let alone a lawyer. So if you’re looking for a lawyer who isn’t going to sell you false hopes and dreams just so he can get your business then I put my name and word on this man right here he’s going to get his hands dirty and earn his paycheck

Work really hard and gets all the facts on the case; he doesn’t allow the insurance companies to mess with you at all he knows his stuff and fights hard for his clients in a timely manner! We have used this office on two separate occasions and the turn out has been amazing each time; Christian stays in touch with you every step of the way and we highly recommend his office to everyone we know!
