1 /5 Jennifer Wirsing: Walked in to get a loan for a used vehicle. Was instantly told they would require a down payment of $2500. Didnt ask for check stubs nor suggested giving us a chance to apply. Felt instantly judged. Called the next day just to see if they would tell me different, and boom. Was told i would need to bring in check stubs and fill out an application and get a credit check ran. How sry. I guess if u dont look like your rich you wont get help.

2 /5 Frank Chapman: Drive thru, country side, deposit check substantial amount, asked over speaker loud enough car next to me could easily hear, what is this check for? I said deposit, she said NO, what is this check, knowing everyone at the drive through was listening i said im coming in. I asked that the check be deposited, there was no reason for them to know who the check was from, then they said the money would not be available until it cleared, as i expected. Managers stood listening and made no attempt to assist. Worst experience with this bank in 25 years, but its not City Savings any more is it? May be a time for a change.

1 /5 Josh Comeaux: Good luck on getting someone to call you back, that is supposedly trying to get a hold of you. Sorry place and be glad when my loan is paid for. Never do business with again.

1 /5 Tearany Gilley: Worst bank ever. Apparently you have to pay for a certain kind of account now just to do simple banking needs with our being charged.

2 /5 JD the Youngblood: Why is their whole bank suddenly blocked off so that you cant even get through the atm? Move the cones so YOUR CUSTOMERS can get to the atm
