Zachary, the paralegal, did a very thorough intake and Stephen Gaubert called me the following morning before starting his work day. He offered me free guidance over the phone and advised me of my options. He conveyed a genuine interest in my case regarding my parent with Alzheimer’s Disease. He navigated me to a sound solution with clear steps to take in order to reach my goal for her well being. Best of all, he offered an alternate, less confrontational approach with the other party.
