I reached out to them with a specific request: I was looking for an item that was showing as out of stock on their website. I wasnt sure if it was available anywhere else, but Paul and Cortnie went above and beyond to help. They took the time to check their retail locations for any available stock and worked with me to find a solution. Their dedication to helping me find what I needed was truly impressive. After receiving my order, I had another request and once again, their customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive to my emails and quickly shipped the additional items I needed. Crystal Chachere I had some rings that needed to be repaired. I had one that I had a broken prong, and 2 that needed to be sized up. They were really nice, does quality work and the prices were really decent. The lady I spoke to mostly speaks Spanish and I speak English. That said, the translate app made it very easy to communicate! I have a few more pieces of jewelry to have repaired and I’m bringing it straight to them! These are the 2 rings that needed to be sized up and you can’t tell! The last picture is the prong that was replaced and you can’t tell that was repaired either! All of my rings were cleaned and polished when I got them back!
