Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!!
Y’all stay clear of this place!

Kelly Pratt I called days in advance before going there to make sure someone could notarize a document. The receptionist gave me a number to contact the notary. Called and told the lady I needed her services to notarize a document. She says ok and tells me her office hours and pricing. I show up to the office, get in her office and she looks all confused at the paper, asking what I needed again. She then miraculously remembers she isnt the notary and gives me a card for the supposed notary, who is out for the day. Confused and unprofessional staff. Went down the road next to Dollar General and got it notarized for $5 cheaper!
