I initially reached out to this company and had the pleasure of dealing with Robin! An actually charm and was super responsive .. when it came to binding my insurance I was told she didnt work there anymore and it took Louisa over 3 days to still never reach me so I called and asked for anyone else. Doug binded my plan and all was done .. well I have attempted to get quotes on my other property and wow what is going on over there. 3 weeks not 1 quote , constant calling and leaving messages .. I guess I was sent to the owner the weekend before memorial day and he still has not sent over 1 thing , have my information numerous times and still here I am without anything and kinda disappointed as Robin gave the first impression and was a Rockstar, had the best quote i was givin amognest a few companies. oh well onto the next company life is too busy too chase down a place for quotes. --
