I must say I was hestitant about leaving a insurance company I had been with for 35 years; however, I am equally satisfied with this one so far. April Thomas I was needing to get health insurance but was unsure what plan would be the best for my needs. It was very frustrating for me to say the least because this was the first time I had ever had to do this. I spoke with the Allen Insurance agency and they were able to help me find the perfect plan for me. They patiently explained everything to where I could understand. The people who work there literally went above and beyond to be sure that I was taken care of, these people actually truly do care. I have multiple family members who they have helped now as well. Mary Stevens If youre thinking about purchasing AFLAC .... Its an awesome policy. I read the policy and was in full understanding of what was and "wasnt" permitted and what documents would be needed to process a claim. (I also have a great agent that answers ALL of my questions.) Ive filed numerous claims and they were all reviewed and paid out within 10....yes, 10 days! I do not have any regrets and will continue my policy.

S B Im am not a customer however their policyholder caused damage to my vehicle in February and its now May. The adjuster over the claim never and I mean never returns calls and I need a rental. Terrible insurance company to deal with especially this adjuster.

D To Kelly with Tiffany Cardinale State Farm insurance was great. She made the process easy and enjoyable. She was friendly and sounded like she truly cared, unlike my last insurance (GEICO) who thought of me as a number. On top of it all State Farm has a better price for the same insurance. Thank you Kelly, I dont know why I didnt change sooner.
