1 /5 Sergio A Magallanes: One star is being generous, this location has the worst employees, but theyre not to blame. The manager is extremely rude and has no idea what shes doing or talking about. I needed a simple plate transaction on a vehicle in my business name with an Illinois title and address and she threw a fit because of her incompetence and lack of knowledge. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Its not in Joliet but if you want professional fast service go to Richton Park Currency Exchange location instead. I was in and out in 5 min with no issue.

1 /5 Bec: All information provided to me on the phone (across numerous phone calls) was completely inaccurate. Went to this facility in-person and needless to say they couldnt help me because they provided me with incorrect and wrong information.

2 /5 wolf of the shadows 730: Completely lie on the website about their hours. Says they are open till 8pm on Saturday, drove up there at 4pm and they are closed.

1 /5 Michelle Hueston: Service is awful went in to cash a check got in line. It was too Hispanics the first window. She looked like she didn’t want to do her job and had an attitude so I went to the next window gave the cashier. My ID signed my check she tells me she can’t take the check cause she didn’t see me signing it because she was on her phone instead of doing her job Just awful
