He does not try to help you, he is against you even though he is your attorney. This pos should not be an attorney at all. He is rude, smirky, disgusting. Jerry Finkle Very understanding. My car caught on fire and I live on the opposite side of the state and I had no transportation to court because my car caught fire less then a week before my court date. I sustained serious burns and had to go to the Emergency Room because it was an electrical fire and the car was consumed in a matter of minutes but the state’s attorney was not rude or ignorant instead he was very understanding and all he asked for was a fax of my E.R. report and that was all. I couldn’t be more grateful!!
