Sharon Mott Yesterday I closed on a home and it was only because of Ryan at Merit Law. For closing, my mortgage lender was very last minute and non-responsive. My realtor did the bare minimum once I was under contract and was dismissive of several of my concerns. So Ryan (and Raquel as backup at closing) continuously went above and beyond filling in where others left gaps. He always listened, understood my concerns and helped me work through them. He worked toward solutions while others worked to minimize their own work. Like I said, I would not have closed without the team at Merit Law and Ryan in particular.
