1 /5 Adara Winkowski: I initially wasn’t going to leave a review on my experience, but then figured I should share. Due to unprofessionalism, I personally would not recommend the Taft Insurance Agency. Andrew was great to work with until he wasn’t. After going back and forth through email, Andrew disappeared with zero explanation. I figured that’s okay, things happen, no problem. I sent multiple follow-up emails over the course of a couple weeks and I heard crickets back. I contacted the office manager, Terry, who was very kind and helpful. Andrew finally got back to me after almost a month saying that no competitive quotes were available. Couldn’t that have been said sooner rather than completely disappearing on a potential client? To make a long story short, I will be seeking out other independent insurance agents in the future. I would not recommended working with Taft Insurance.

Very courteous friendly sociable a very comfortable atmosphere been coming here a while now and I must say the best customer service u will get at a insurance place very friendly and kind they care about their customers your not a number ..

He provided me with an incredibly low rate with excellent coverage, and the level of customer service hes demonstrated is the stuff dreams are made of. Thank you, Erik!

5 /5 Tomas Rodriguez: Amazing insurance office. Everyone is so friendly and transparent. I like the fact that I don’t have to call an 800 number. I can call the office and my agent is always there to help. Wonderful customer service. I really appreciated the time that they took to explain the coverages that were in my new policy. I honestly felt like he had my best interests at heart. Best of all, he was able to save me money on my policy while getting me better coverages
