It was a very complicated case as the seller did not qualify for the loan but ended up buying the home on a second contract. Eron charged us only one attorney fee and got us a better deal that originally received. He knows how to read a contract and gets the best out of it for his clients. We had over a dozen teleconferences with him and our agent. I would hire Eron for any legal advices in Illinois

We contacted Eron for a Real Estate review and time was unfortunately not on our side. He was incredibly helpful, took our call right away, and was honest that he would be away and might not be able to give this full attention and that we may want to work with someone else. He even took the time to follow-up with me.
