I have been with TALRO quite some time and I have NEVER experienced disrespect and ignorance until I spoke with the manager, YES the MANAGER of this SPECIFIC Agency, the service was so HORRIBLE she DID NOT even give me her name upon introduction. The manager is truly disrespectful, she had a very nasty attitude and non chalant demeanor towards my request, I could not get my question answered but yet she say “well you didn’t ask”, although before payment companies are required to read full disclosure and give Detailed information about premiums amounts, due dates, coverage terms, which DID NOT HAPPEN and the Manager here reviewed the call and knows this information was not provided however she stated “ I should have asked “ (Which I was literally at the dealership before closing, so I was in a bit of a rush) ALL companies are Required by LAW to disclose all information pertaining
