1 /5 Angel Ruyle: They worked on our tractor and told us some was under warranty. We paid the driver when he delivered it to our house. A few weeks later we received a bill for $1000. I called and Kay said the part wasnt covered under warranty. It would have been nice if they would have checked with John Deere before doing the repairs. Will never use them again. Update: Gage called and offered to rebill us for the work that should have been done instead of the work they did. I agreed and appreciated him really taking a look t what happened. Reviews do get results!

5 /5 Brent Cleveland: Absolute best service, great communication .They went above and beyond for me, they were waiting on brake parts and they would not be delivered until late in the day , brake parts came and technician stayed late to finish and I received my tractor back the next morning. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their customer care and service. Thank you!!!!!!

It was a pleasure going through the purchasing process because hes got that old fashioned look you in the eye, shake your hand, and get it done approach to doing business. 1 /5 Emily Shelton: Well, that was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I went to the service dept and I stood at the window waiting on him to actually pay attention to me. I asked to test my first ever tractors PTO power (just bought it) and he flat out refused with a smile. So I asked why. And he said "I dont want to get into that conversation". That was the coldest reception I have ever got at a business. I am not saying this is the reason but it sure felt like it is because I am transgender. And he just wanted me to leave.
