Sara Brooks I was having issues after starting a policy with another insurance company. There was wrong doing somewhere so I decided to reach out to freeway to switch. I got the most pleasant experience from my agent Edie! She brought comfort as well as helped me work it around an already crammed budget timeline. Beyond thankful at a time where compassion was needed. I used freeway years ago and I’m glad I went with my gut. Best decision ever! Thank you Edie seriously there needs to be more like you in customer service!

Joshua Rivera Vee was amazing! I really needed insurance immediately, and I called an hour before close and she got me taken care of right away. Found me the lowest rate I heard all day and sent me my proof of insurance in an email right away. Very polite and professional. 5 stars!!!

Zelda (Zelda) Price wise for car insurance is great. Im paying almost half of what I used to pay. Good people. Though sometimes its difficult to get ahold of them.. regardless Im happy with my insurance.

Sydney Turnbull Cant say enough about Jackie and her office! When we moved back to the area a few years ago, they welcomed my family and me with open arms. Shes made sure were covered properly for our house and cars, but also making sure we have a plan in place for our life insurance needs. Such wonderful people to work with!
