I just want to know the accurate legal relationship involved. I was able to get the specific suggestion on where to go and what to do to answer my own question, via email. The response was very fast-- (so fast that I wonder if "Jordan" is AI? If so, that was not disclosed at all. In todays world, I believe such communication should be clarified as to whether the email is generated by a human being or machine). Setting that aside, I got the assistance I needed and was able to act on it successfully. I do appreciate this firm offering help in situations like mine that dont need more comprehensive legal support.
