1 /5 Joseph Libuszowski: Their firm is party to a federal indictment ; due to filing false legal documents with the Dupage county clerks office, failure to adequately inform clients of pending matters before the court. Failure to do basic doc review work, interview witnesses and gather the necessary evidence to prepare a matter on behalf of AT&T tower technicians and McLeodUSA. Allstate insurance inside counsel the nationwide insurance company, requested documents, traffic signaling device information, interviews with complaining witnesses & the evidence from Meade electric based on the lies and internal issues with the Wheaton IL police chief with lead to a number of false arrests over the years. The Russo law firm, has continued to contact our counsel, refuses to work with the attorneys of record on the matters, and as a result of their conduct multiple victims are now deceased . not withstanding the $60+ million dollars in damages suffered by multiple parties . Both Mr Richard D Russo & Emily Myer,esq and his son Richard K Russo are true sociopaths, who do not care about their law firms reputation, the safety of the community or the fact that multiple police officers have now been promoted to positions of trust and authority in Mr Russo’s community!

He listened, took his time with me, helped me better understand my options with all possible routes to take for different outcomes and was patient with me and the 100 questions I had. He worked hard, worked quickly, worked WITH my other attorney on the case and I was just very impressed with the quality of knowledge and service that he offered. I was literally living in fear of my day to day life until I found him and better understood by case after having a not so good attorney for 2 months prior… I would totally recommend his services!!!! Constant communication about my case, I was always informed and aware of next steps. The final outcome was quite favorable, all in all a fantastic experience.
