I was approved and saved $40. on my insurance premiums compared to the provider that I had been with for several years. Rebecca, the secretary, was very efficient and helpful. I had to have a windshield replaced recently, had to have vehicle towed to dealership for mechanical problems and also hit a deer with extensive vehicle damage 17 months ago. No matter why I reach out to Stacy and Lisa, they are on top of it immediately and I know my issues are resolved before I even finish the phone conversation. Sherry Savka I called about upgrading an existing policy and the receptionist told me that I would receive a return call but never did. That was over a week ago. Ill be a little more aggressive and hopefully theyll return my call. If that doesnt work, Ill physically drive to their office and maybe Ill receive the answers I need. Not happy. Update: I was contacted by a very nice man who answered all my questions and even gave me more valuable information that I ca n use. I just wished he would have been more prompt on my return.
