T “Tee” Just started with the company so far they are keeping me Moving. Simple and easy Long as you can follow simple instructions and deliver on time and pick up on time and keep a positive Attitude and mindset all well. The company is family owned and everyone that I have met has been pleasant and very supportive including the owner Joe. So another thing that I have noticed is that the people have longevity with the company they’ve been with the company for years 20 years 15 years and 5 years That speaks volumes about the company itself if people were not happy they would not stay that long so so far I feel like I came home to a good thing and they have flexible work schedules as well.

(05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!

We had some complicated insurance needs that he walked us through every step of the way. She was very professional and helpful also extremely nice and walked me thru the whole process of the loan and was able to get me the money I need to pay off some bills.
