Ryan Winstead I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, thats what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people. In the few instances when I had to leave a voicemail when I called on the weekend or in the evening my calls were return in a very timely manner. Theyre exceptional at what they do and are extremely transparent with expectations. During our first conversation Jeff told me that "if your lawyer seems to be telling you everything you want to hear you are probably with the wrong law firm."
