Jenny Leo Absolutely LOVE this jewelry store! The customer service is phenomenal! The lady whom I see when I go in to browse or give hints to my husband for purchases for anniversaries, mothers day, and birthdays is always so kind and informational. One day we talked about almost every trinket box like the two my husband has purchased for me and the beautiful one of a kind Jades that are all different that come from Guatemala. The owner goes to Guatemala and buys from locals who also make the beautiful colorful bags they put your jewelry in. The music is uplifting in the store and the atmosphere is inviting! If you are downtown and looking to browse or looking for that right piece of jewelry or trinket for someone special I would recommend stopping in at Harringtons! I promise you wont be disappointed! Sara Ruiz A few years ago my now fiance had asked me what my ideal ring would be. I told him rose gold, pear shape, with a halo. I never put much more thought into it as I knew it would not happened for a while. Fast forward about 4 years, the moment happened. He had the ring custom made from what I told him years back and Pedro made my dream ring come to life and then some!!! Its more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Worked with Margaret to find the stone, setting, and chain for my dream necklace. The whole team was very friendly and worked to get it made before my birthday. Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!
