Elaine Simpson Ok I accidentally rated the wrong location. I’ve done business with the one in Creve Coeur, not Pekin.... so my apologies. But I’m sure they are all nice! I have no idea who helped me but the first time it was a guy and the second time it was a woman and they were both fantastic. Super nice, non-judgemental and made the process easy as pie. If you lie to them, withhold important information or file bankruptcy after taking out a loan (which is ILLEGAL and you’re lucky you didn’t go to JAIL for that) then YES, they’re probably going to be upset and I can’t blame them. By the way, lying on any legal document is also against the law so you definitely shouldn’t do that. Did you actually think they weren’t going to check and verify this information?? And how on earth did you plan on paying a PAYDAY loan back if you weren’t working??

Mellissa White I’ve had nothing but good experiences with CPS. They always understand when I need extra time to make my payment. I’ve been using them for almost 3 years and have no complaints. Staff is always understanding and compassionate when I have questions. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!
