5 /5 Mike K: We were very blessed to be referred to Dan O’Brian after my wife’s sister was killed by a drunk driver. As you can imagine, this was a very difficult and confusing time for us. We were getting calls from the drunk driver’s insurance company who wanted to pay as little as possible. We were also getting calls from her sister’s creditors, from medical facilities who treated her sister and even from an estranged half-brother, all who were seeking financial gain.
