Jessica Spour my husband and I wanted to turn our garage into a fourth bedroom and did not want to wait long. Brianne was delightful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about interests rates,term, etc. The entire process was fast and smooth She had us on our way to building our bedroom before we knew it. Samantha Cunningham This branch makes you feel amazing. They are always so helpful no matter if you go in or use drive-through. Of course I always have a question, but never afraid to ask especially when they take the time to explain things (for instance with Kara the last time I popped in.) Customer service goes a long way and these individuals fully go out of their way for clients.

Tina Elmore Becky is an amazing loan officer. Who doesn’t hesitate to help and answer any and all questions. She made the whole process a breeze. Definitely would recommend her. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

Carol Wright I had a problem using the ATM yesterday, not something I normally have trouble with. I went inside and was helped by two wonderful ladies Sydney and Jules. They were upbeat and helpful. Jules even went to the ATM with me and explained what I didnt understand. Come to find out Jules has only been employed there for 9 days! I couldnt believe she knew all she knew in that short a time. I have always referred friends to Consumers because of their outstanding service and these two ladies just reinforced that that is still true in a day when it is hard to fine good service anywhere. Thank you Sydney and Jules!

Brooke Scott Maria was amazing with helping me set up accounts for my children. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to her job and the business of banking, I love how she gave my son a short financial literacy course in such a short period of time! She was on point and I plan on traveling to meet with her in the near future! Definitely a great branch worth the trip from Zion! Great customer service and very patient schedule with Maria Henriquez!
